When Do You Need This?
Mild-to-moderate COPD requiring BiPAP support; obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) where CPAP has failed; post-ICU discharge with prescribed BiPAP therapy; physician has prescribed basic BiPAP / S mode.

After dispatch, before delivery: Full refund minus logistics charges already incurred.

Humanitarian exception: Patient death within 2 days of rental start (excluding delivery day)- full refund, free pickup, zero fees.

Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4:00 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.
All sales are final once delivered and confirmed. No refund after delivery.

Initiate return via sanjeevia.com or WhatsApp. Pickup within 4 hours.
Early return: Full duration charged. Refund for each complete remaining month if more than one month remains.
Condition inspected at pickup against delivery photos. No damage = full deposit refunded within 48 hours.
Upgrade available during rental contact us for a same-day swap.
For Purchase:
All sales are final. No returns are accepted after delivery confirmation.
For exchange requests (wrong product or damage on arrival only), raise within 48 hours of delivery via call or WhatsApp at +91 9217910612 or by emailing support@sanjeevia.com.
Exchanges are subject to our assessment of the reported issue. We will arrange a replacement at no charge for confirmed wrong deliveries or damage present at arrival.

The Basic S-Mode BiPAP Machine provides spontaneous bilevel positive-airway-pressure therapy using clinician-prescribed IPAP and EPAP settings. S mode responds to the patient’s spontaneous breathing and does not provide a timed backup respiratory rate.
