Central sleep apnoea; obesity hypoventilation syndrome (OHS); neuromuscular disease with respiratory weakness; post-ICU discharge where the physician has prescribed BiPAP with backup rate; any prescription mentioning ‘BiPAP-ST’ or ‘backup rate’.

This equipment is for home patient care only. It must remain at the delivery address registered at the time of order. Relocation requires prior approval from Sanjeevia. Do not attempt to repair or modify any part contact us for all servicing.
Every unit goes through our pre-delivery QC protocol before dispatch. The sanitisation sticker photo is sent to you via WhatsApp before our team leaves.

• After delivery, standard: Minimum billing of 1 month applies. A refund is provided for each complete remaining month only- partial months are not refunded. Deposit refunded within 48 hours of pickup after QC. See sanjeevia.com/policies for full Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery Timeline
Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4:00 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.
• Inform us at least 24 hours before your rental end date.
• Our team picks up from your home at a mutually agreed time.
• Equipment inspected on-site. Normal wear and tear expected- only wilful damage or missing parts are flagged.
• Deposit refunded within 48 hours of successful pickup. Photos taken at delivery and pickup for mutual records.
BiPAP in ST (Spontaneous-Timed) mode adds a mandatory backup breath rate to standard BiPAP- if the patient does not take a breath within the set time interval, the machine delivers a breath automatically. Critical for patients with central sleep apnoea, hypoventilation syndromes, or any condition where the respiratory drive may be unreliable.

Transport charge: ₹3,000 (one-time, delivery and pickup).
Pre-delivery call to confirm room access, floor, lift availability, and power socket location. This bed is heavy — our team handles all assembly.
Same-day delivery for orders before 2 PM.

Early return: Full duration charged. Refund for each complete remaining month if more than one month remains.
Condition inspected at pickup against delivery photos. No damage = full deposit refunded within 48 hours.
