Purchase & Sale Terms and Conditions

Scope

These terms apply to all outright purchase orders placed on sanjeevia.com and are separate from the Rental Policy.

Order Confirmation

Purchase orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment at checkout. All prices on sanjeevia.com are inclusive of GST. A GST invoice breaking down the base price and applicable tax is issued with every order and sent to your registered email and WhatsApp.

Delivery

Purchase orders are fulfilled under the same delivery timelines as rental orders. Equipment is delivered, assembled, and demonstrated by our team. Ownership transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation via WhatsApp.

Warranty

All products sold through sanjeevia.com carry the original equipment manufacturer’s standard warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by brand and model and are governed solely by the manufacturer. Sanjeevia does not provide any additional warranty beyond the manufacturer’s terms. For warranty claims, our team will assist you in the process where possible.

Returns

All sales are final once the product has been delivered and the customer has confirmed receipt via WhatsApp. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or partial use.

No refund is provided on purchased equipment once delivery is confirmed. In the event the wrong product was delivered or the product arrives with physical damage at the time of delivery, we offer an exchange only- not a refund. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of confirmed delivery via call or WhatsApp at +91 9217910612 or by email to support@sanjeevia.com. Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Before confirming delivery, our team provides a complete product demonstration to ensure the product meets your requirements.

Defective on Arrival (DOA)

If equipment is found to be non-functional or defective at the time of delivery, please refuse acceptance and inform our team immediately. A replacement unit will be arranged within 2–4 hours.

If a defect is discovered within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, contact us at support@sanjeevia.com or via call or WhatsApp at +91 9217910612 with photographs and a description. We will assess and arrange a replacement at no cost.

Cancellation of Purchase Orders

Before dispatch: Full refund, processed within 2 hours.

After dispatch: Cancellation is not available. Refer to the DOA clause if the item arrives damaged.
