The Service

Sanjeevia Medical LLP (“Sanjeevia”) provides home medical equipment rental and sale services through sanjeevia.com, WhatsApp Business, and telephone. All equipment is delivered, installed, and supported under the Sanjeevia standard.

Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact information at the time of order.
  • Provide a valid government-issued ID at delivery. Delivery will not proceed without ID verification.
  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to complete the handover process.
  • Use equipment only for the patient and at the registered delivery address.
  • Contact Sanjeevia immediately for any malfunction, damage, or safety concern. Do not attempt repairs.
  • Return equipment in good condition at the end of the rental period.
  • Make all payments only via the official payment gateway or WhatsApp payment link. Do not pay cash to our delivery team.

Payment Terms

All fees and deposits are payable at checkout or via WhatsApp payment link. GST is added at the applicable rate. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and security cheques for deposits.

Liability Limitation

Sanjeevia Medical LLP is not liable for medical outcomes from the use or misuse of rented equipment. All medical equipment must be used under qualified medical guidance. Sanjeevia is responsible for equipment quality, delivery standards, and service as defined in our Rental Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
