Initiating a Return
Initiate a return at any time via sanjeevia.com or by messaging us on WhatsApp with your Order ID. We confirm a pickup slot within 4 hours. There is no charge for the pickup.
On-Time Return
Equipment returned on or before the rental end date: no additional charges. Security deposit returned within 48 hours of pickup, subject to condition inspection.
Early Return
You are charged for the full duration originally selected. If the remaining period is one complete month or more, a refund is provided for each complete remaining month only. Partial months are not refunded.

Example: You selected a 3-month rental and return after 1.5 months. Remaining period = 1.5 months. Refund = 1 complete month only. The 0.5-month partial is not refunded. |

Deposit Refund
Online deposit: Reversed to original payment method within 3–5 business days of pickup. Confirmation sent via WhatsApp and email.
Security cheque (no deduction): Physically returned or couriered within 48 hours of pickup.
Security cheque (with deduction): Customer pays the deduction amount online first. Cheque is returned after payment is confirmed.
Damage Dispute
Raise a dispute within 7 days of the deduction notice by submitting photo or video evidence to support@sanjeevia.com or via WhatsApp. Our team conducts a neutral review of delivery photographs, pickup photographs, and your submitted evidence. A written decision is provided within 3 business days.
Humanitarian Exception

In the event of a patient’s passing or sudden hospitalisation requiring the equipment to be returned:Within 7 days of delivery (excluding the delivery day): a half-month rental refund is provided, free pickup within 24 hours.Beyond 7 days: the current billing month’s rental is not refunded. All complete remaining months beyond the current billing month are refunded in full.The security deposit is returned in full in all humanitarian cases. Transport charges already incurred are non-refundable. All humanitarian cases are handled personally by the founding team. |
