Yes. Every unit goes through a pre-delivery quality check and deep sanitisation protocol. We send you a photo of the sanitisation sticker via WhatsApp before our team leaves for your address so you can see it's been done before the equipment enters your home.
A refundable amount held against equipment damage returned within 48 hours of pickup, provided the equipment is in normal condition. Equipment condition is photographed at both delivery and pickup, so you are never held responsible for damage that was already there when it arrived.
Message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID. We acknowledge within 1 hour and resolve within 4 hours. If the unit cannot be repaired on-site, a replacement is dispatched. For oxygen concentrator or ventilator failure, call us directly. We have emergency backup protocols in place, including temporary oxygen cylinder support while the replacement unit is arranged.
Yes. Request a return via WhatsApp or sanjeevia.com, we collect within 4 hours. If more than one complete month remains on your rental, we refund those full unused months. Partial months are not refunded. Transport charges are non-refundable.
Most home medical equipment is needed for a defined recovery period, usually 1 to 6 months. Buying means paying full price for equipment that has no use after recovery. Renting costs a fraction per month and includes delivery, installation, full maintenance support, and pickup at the end. No capital locked, no equipment to dispose of.

A valid government-issued photo ID like Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, or passport. For oxygen concentrators and ventilators, we also request the prescribing doctor's flow rate recommendation.
