Purchase Orders
Purchase orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation is not available. If the item arrives damaged or defective, refer to the Purchase & Sale Terms for the replacement process.
Humanitarian Exception
In the event of a patient’s passing or sudden hospitalisation, contact us via WhatsApp or call +91 9217910612. These cases are handled personally by the founding team outside standard cancellation terms.
How to Cancel
Before dispatch: Cancel via sanjeevia.com or WhatsApp with your Order ID. Refund processed within 2 hours.
After dispatch: Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone. We will attempt to intercept the delivery where operationally possible.
