Service Area

Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery availability. We currently serve Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. If your location is not yet serviceable, you can leave your details and we will notify you when we reach your area.

Delivery Timelines

Target Timeline

Standard orders

We aim to deliver same day for orders placed before 4:00 PM, and next day for orders placed after 4:00 PM. Timelines are targets and subject to availability and service area.

Emergency — critical equipment

We target delivery within 4 hours for oxygen concentrators, ventilators, and critical care beds. Subject to stock and service area.

SpO2 emergency (below 90%)

Contact us immediately on WhatsApp or call +91 8287010612. We treat this as our highest priority.

What Happens at Delivery

  1. Our team calls you 1–2 hours before arrival to confirm address, floor, lift access, and room readiness.
  2. A valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN card, driving licence, or passport) is collected. This is mandatory for all rental orders. Installation does not begin until ID is verified.
  3. If Option B (security cheque) was selected at checkout, the cheque is collected before installation begins.
  4. Equipment is assembled and installed. Our team does not leave until everything is confirmed working.
  5. A complete product demonstration is given to the patient and caregiver.
  6. The Sanjeevia handover card is left with you: emergency support number, usage instructions, and return process.
  7. Timestamped delivery photographs are taken and uploaded to your order record.
  8. You confirm satisfactory delivery via WhatsApp. The rental period starts from this confirmation.

Pay on Delivery

If you selected Pay on Delivery, payment is made at the time of delivery via the WhatsApp payment link. Our team facilitates this at your door. The rental period begins after payment and delivery confirmation are both received.

Transport Charges

A one-time transport charge covers both delivery and pickup. The applicable amount is shown on the product page before checkout. This charge is non-refundable.
