Complex neuromuscular disease (ALS, Duchenne muscular dystrophy) with respiratory failure; severe OHS with inadequate response to standard BiPAP-ST; hypercapnic COPD where targeted tidal volume is clinically required; prescription specifically mentions AVAPs or Lumis ST-A.

Every unit goes through our pre-delivery QC protocol before dispatch. The sanitisation sticker photo is sent to you via WhatsApp before our team leaves.

Delivery Timeline
Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4:00 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.
• Inform us at least 24 hours before your rental end date.
• Our team picks up from your home at a mutually agreed time.
• Equipment inspected on-site. Normal wear and tear expected- only wilful damage or missing parts are flagged.
• Deposit refunded within 48 hours of successful pickup. Photos taken at delivery and pickup for mutual records.
The ResMed Lumis ST-A combines ST mode with AVAPs (Average Volume-Assured Pressure Support), the most advanced non-invasive BiPAP in the Sanjeevia catalogue. Prescribed for complex ventilatory failure where both a backup rate and volume targeting are required simultaneously. Clinical-grade home NIV at the level of hospital respiratory units.

Rented the ResMed Lumis ST-A for my uncle in Gurgaon after his doctor recommended advanced BiPAP support. The machine was very comfortable to use, quiet during the night, and helped stabilise his breathing from the first few days.
