Before dispatch: Full refund instantly.
After dispatch, before delivery: Full refund minus logistics charges already incurred.
After delivery: No cancellation refund. Early return available, see Section 5d.
Humanitarian exception: Patient death within 2 days of rental start (excluding delivery day)- full refund, free pickup, zero fees.

Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4:00 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.
All sales are final once delivered and confirmed. No refund after delivery.
Wrong product or physical damage on arrival: exchange only, within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Contact +91 9217910612 or support@sanjeevia.com.

For Rental:
Initiate return via sanjeevia.com or WhatsApp. Pickup within 4 hours.
Early return: Full duration charged. Refund for each complete remaining month if more than one month remains.
Condition inspected at pickup against delivery photos. No damage = full deposit refunded within 48 hours.
Upgrade available during rental contact us for a same-day swap.
For Purchase:
All sales are final. No returns are accepted after delivery confirmation.
For exchange requests (wrong product or damage on arrival only), raise within 48 hours of delivery via call or WhatsApp at +91 9217910612 or by emailing support@sanjeevia.com.
Exchanges are subject to our assessment of the reported issue. We will arrange a replacement at no charge for confirmed wrong deliveries or damage present at arrival.
