Initiate return via sanjeevia.com or WhatsApp. Pickup within 4 hours.
Early return: Full duration charged. Refund for each complete remaining month if more than one month remains.
Condition inspected at pickup against delivery photos. No damage = full deposit refunded within 48 hours.
Upgrade available during rental contact us for a same-day swap.
For Purchase:
All sales are final. No returns are accepted after delivery confirmation.
For exchange requests (wrong product or damage on arrival only), raise within 48 hours of delivery via call or WhatsApp at +91 9217910612 or by emailing support@sanjeevia.com.
Exchanges are subject to our assessment of the reported issue. We will arrange a replacement at no charge for confirmed wrong deliveries or damage present at arrival.

This listing is for a basic stationary oxygen concentrator providing continuous flow of up to 5 LPM for prescribed home oxygen therapy.
Sanjeevia supplies a suitable BMC or Yonker model according to the customer’s preference and current availability. Both are offered within the same basic 5L pricing category.
The exact manufacturer, model, oxygen-concentration range, alarms, electrical rating and included accessories will be confirmed before dispatch. Every assigned unit is tested for oxygen concentration and flow at 5 LPM before release.
Use supplemental oxygen only as prescribed. Confirm the required flow rate, duration, target oxygen-saturation range and backup plan with the treating clinician.
