When Do You Need This?
Patients who have exceeded the pressure or volume limits of the Stellar 100; severe neuromuscular disease with high ventilatory demand; physician has specifically prescribed Stellar 150.

Delivery Timeline
When do I need Stellar 150 instead of Stellar 100?
If your physician’s prescription exceeds the Stellar 100’s 30 cm IPAP maximum, you need the 150. This is uncommon but occurs in severe DMD, SMA, or advanced ALS with very stiff lungs.
Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.
The ResMed Stellar 150 extends the Stellar 100 with higher IPAP range (35 cm H₂O) and enhanced tidal volume targeting for patients who require greater pressure or volume support than the Stellar 100 can provide. The advanced-level life-support home ventilator for complex respiratory failure.

Before dispatch: Full refund instantly.
After dispatch, before delivery: Full refund minus logistics charges already incurred.
After delivery: No cancellation refund. Early return available — see Section 5d.
Humanitarian exception: Patient death within 2 days of rental start (excluding delivery day) — full refund, free pickup, zero fees.
Transport charge: ₹3,000 (one-time, delivery and pickup).
Pre-delivery call to confirm room access, floor, lift availability, and power socket location. This bed is heavy — our team handles all assembly.
Same-day delivery for orders before 2 PM.
Initiate return via sanjeevia.com or WhatsApp. Pickup within 4 hours.
Early return: Full duration charged. Refund for each complete remaining month if more than one month remains.
Condition inspected at pickup against delivery photos. No damage = full deposit refunded within 48 hours.
