Direction to Use

This equipment is for home patient care only. It must remain at the delivery address registered at the time of order. Relocation requires prior approval from Sanjeevia. Do not attempt to repair or modify any part, contact us for all servicing.

Electrode stickers are disposable and must be purchased separately.
ECG interpretation must be done by a qualified cardiologist or physician.
Keep patient still and relaxed during recording for accurate results.

Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch: Full refund instantly.

After dispatch, before delivery: Full refund minus logistics charges already incurred.

Humanitarian exception: Patient death within 2 days of rental start (excluding delivery day) — full refund, free pickup, zero fees.

Delivery, installation, and full demo included at no extra charge.
Transport is a one-time charge covering both delivery and pickup.
Transport waived (FREE) for 3-month or 6-month bookings, or when monthly cart value is ₹15,000+.

Delivery Timeline

Order placed online or via WhatsApp- Order ID generated and confirmation sent via WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Equipment assigned from the nearest team within 30–60 minutes.
Full quality check and deep sanitisation performed. Sanitisation sticker photo sent to you via WhatsApp before dispatch.
Pre-delivery call made 1–2 hours before arrival to confirm address, floor, lift access, and room readiness.
Our team arrives with Sanjeevia identification. Valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, or passport) collected from customer. Equipment installed and fully tested. Complete demo given to patient and caregiver.
Security cheque collected at delivery (if cheque deposit selected)- before installation begins.
You confirm satisfactory delivery via WhatsApp. Rental period starts from this confirmation.

Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 2 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.

Return & Pickup

Initiate return via sanjeevia.com or WhatsApp. Pickup within 4 hours.

Early return: Full duration charged. Refund for each complete remaining month if more than one month remains.

Condition inspected at pickup against delivery photos. No damage = full deposit refunded within 48 hours.

Can a family member operate this without a nurse?

The ECG machine operation (placing leads, pressing record) can be learned by a caregiver. The technical challenge is correct lead placement. Sanjeevia’s team teaches this during delivery. ECG interpretation must always be done by a physician.
