Initiate return via sanjeevia.com or WhatsApp. Pickup within 4 hours.
Early return: Full duration charged. Refund for each complete remaining month if more than one month remains.
Condition inspected at pickup against delivery photos. Where no deduction is due after pickup and inspection, online security deposits are refunded within 3–5 business days, and security cheques are returned within 48 hours.

All sales are final. No returns are accepted after delivery confirmation.

Before every rental, Sanjeevia identifies the exact manufacturer and model and measures irradiance across the treatment area at the prescribed treatment distance using a calibrated irradiance meter. The equipment does not include paediatric consultation, bilirubin testing, nursing care or emergency medical assessment.
