Delivery Timeline

  • Order placed online or via WhatsApp- Order ID generated and confirmation sent via WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
  • Equipment assigned from the nearest team within 30–60 minutes.
  • Full quality check and deep sanitisation performed. Sanitisation sticker photo sent to you via WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • Pre-delivery call made 1–2 hours before arrival to confirm address, floor, lift access, and room readiness.
  • Our team arrives at Sanjeevia identification. Valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, or passport) collected from customer. Equipment installed and fully tested. Complete demo given to patient and caregiver.
  • Security cheque collected at delivery (if cheque deposit selected)- before installation begins.
  • You confirm satisfactory delivery via WhatsApp. Rental period starts from this confirmation.

Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.
