ResMed specifies approximately two hours for a new, fully charged internal battery under stated test conditions. Actual runtime varies with prescribed settings, circuit leak, connected accessories, battery age and operating conditions.
Do not rely solely on the internal battery. The treating clinical team should establish an appropriate power-failure plan. A compatible external battery or alternative prescribed support may be required.
