Backup-Power Information
Trilogy 100 may use an internal battery, a detachable battery and a separately supplied external battery. These are different power sources and must not be combined into one guaranteed runtime claim.
Battery runtime varies with therapy settings, circuit, leak, accessories, battery age, condition and operating environment. Sanjeevia tests each included battery before handover and shares the recorded result for the allocated unit.
A patient-specific power-failure and emergency backup plan must be established with the treating clinical team.
This equipment is for home patient care only. It must remain at the delivery address registered at the time of order. Relocation requires prior approval from Sanjeevia. Do not attempt to repair or modify any part, contact us for all servicing.
Every unit goes through our pre-delivery QC protocol before dispatch. The sanitisation sticker photo is sent to you via WhatsApp before our team leaves.
Before dispatch: Full refund instantly.
After dispatch, before delivery: Full refund minus logistics charges already incurred.
After delivery: No cancellation refund. Early return available, see Section 5d.

Exchanges are subject to our assessment of the reported issue. We will arrange a replacement at no charge for confirmed wrong deliveries or damage present at arrival.

The Philips Respironics Trilogy 100 is a portable ventilator that provides prescribed pressure- and volume-based ventilatory support. It may be configured for non-invasive or invasive use, depending on the prescription, circuit and patient interface.
The exact therapy mode, pressures, target volume, respiratory rate, inspiratory time, circuit, alarms and power-backup plan must be prescribed and verified before delivery.
Trilogy 100 does not provide cough-assist therapy. If mechanical insufflation-exsufflation or cough-assist therapy is prescribed, a separate compatible cough-assist device is required.
