Advanced Positioning Warning
Trendelenburg and reverse-Trendelenburg tilt are intended only for clinician-directed positioning. Do not use these positions as a general treatment for low blood pressure, acid reflux, breathing difficulty or circulation problems.
Before using either tilt function, confirm that it is appropriate for the patient and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the exact bed model. Lock all castor brakes and keep the patient, tubing, cables and accessories secure during adjustment.
Every unit goes through our pre-delivery QC protocol before dispatch. The sanitisation sticker photo is sent to you via WhatsApp before our team leaves.
Before dispatch: Full refund instantly.
After dispatch, before delivery: Full refund minus logistics charges already incurred.
After delivery: No cancellation refund. Early return available, see Section 5d.
Humanitarian exception: Patient death within 2 days of rental start (excluding delivery day)- full refund, free pickup, zero fees.

The 5-Function Electric Hospital Bed provides powered adjustment of the backrest, knee section, bed height, Trendelenburg tilt and reverse-Trendelenburg tilt. The hand control allows the available bed positions to be adjusted without manual cranking.
Trendelenburg and reverse-Trendelenburg are advanced positioning functions. Use them only when specifically directed by a qualified clinician. They should not be presented as general treatments for blood-pressure, circulation, reflux or other medical conditions.
