Same as 3-Function Electric Bed, plus: patients who grip side rails to reposition themselves; heavier patients requiring more robust rails; nursing/professional caregiver preference for ICU-standard equipment; home ICU setups that closely mirror hospital environments.

This equipment is for home patient care only. It must remain at the delivery address registered at the time of order. Relocation requires prior approval from Sanjeevia. Do not attempt to repair or modify any part — contact us for all servicing.
Side-Rail Safety
Side rails may assist with positioning but are not suitable for every patient and do not prevent every fall. They can introduce entrapment or climbing-over risks, particularly for confused, agitated or independently mobile patients.
Confirm rail suitability with the patient’s care team. Before every use, secure the latches and inspect the gaps between the rails, mattress, head panel and foot panel. Recheck all gaps after adding an air mattress, overlay or replacement mattress. Appropriate supervision may still be required.
Every unit goes through our pre-delivery QC protocol before dispatch. The sanitisation sticker photo is sent to you via WhatsApp before our team leaves.
Before dispatch: Full refund instantly.
After dispatch, before delivery: Full refund minus logistics charges already incurred.
After delivery: No cancellation refund. Early return available, see Section 5d.
Humanitarian exception: Patient death within 2 days of rental start (excluding delivery day)- full refund, free pickup, zero fees.

Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4:00 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.
All sales are final once delivered and confirmed. No refund after delivery.

Initiate return via sanjeevia.com or WhatsApp. Pickup within 4 hours.
Early return: Full duration charged. Refund for each complete remaining month if more than one month remains.
Condition inspected at pickup against delivery photos. No damage = full deposit refunded within 48 hours.
Upgrade available during rental contact us for a same-day swap.
For Purchase:
All sales are final. No returns are accepted after delivery confirmation.
For exchange requests (wrong product or damage on arrival only), raise within 48 hours of delivery via call or WhatsApp at +91 9217910612 or by emailing support@sanjeevia.com.
Exchanges are subject to our assessment of the reported issue. We will arrange a replacement at no charge for confirmed wrong deliveries or damage present at arrival.

This 3-Function Electric Hospital Bed provides powered adjustment of the backrest, knee section and bed height. It is supplied with stainless-steel side rails. Rail material does not determine patient suitability or increase the bed’s verified safe working load.
