A cylinder filled to approximately 150 bar may contain about 1,500 litres of oxygen at atmospheric pressure before allowing for the required reserve and operating losses. The actual quantity available at delivery depends on the cylinder’s stamped capacity and measured gauge pressure.

The “47L” designation refers to the cylinder’s internal water capacity—not the quantity of usable oxygen. At a nominal full pressure of 150 bar, a standard 47-litre cylinder holds approximately 7,000 litres of oxygen at atmospheric pressure.
Using a 20-bar planning reserve, approximately 6,110 litres are available for planned use. At 2 LPM, this provides an estimated planning duration of approximately 50 hours 55 minutes—not 18–20 hours.
Actual duration is affected by starting pressure, prescribed flow, regulator performance, leakage and the reserve pressure maintained for safe replacement planning.

A two-wheel trolley for securing and moving a compatible large medical-oxygen cylinder. The cylinder remains upright on the trolley base during storage and is moved by carefully tilting the trolley backwards onto its two wheels.
Secure the cylinder using the supplied upper chain and body strap before movement. Cylinder compatibility is confirmed from its height and maximum body diameter before dispatch. Oxygen cylinder and gas are not included.

This medical-oxygen cylinder regulator kit contains the equipment required to regulate cylinder pressure, set the prescribed oxygen flow and deliver humidified oxygen through an adult mask or nasal cannula.
The kit includes a medical-oxygen pressure regulator, oxygen flow meter, humidifier bottle, sealed adult oxygen mask, sealed adult nasal cannula and cylinder key.
The oxygen cylinder and oxygen gas are not included. Before dispatch, Sanjeevia verifies the customer’s cylinder-valve connection and supplies the matching regulator configuration. Oxygen must be used only at the flow prescribed by the treating clinician.

Choose the cylinder size and service type before ordering. For a refill, the customer’s accepted cylinder is filled and returned. For an exchange, an inspected filled cylinder of the selected water-capacity class is supplied against the customer’s accepted empty cylinder.
