  • Keep the complete system away from smoking, flames, sparks, heat, oil and grease.
  • The mask and nasal cannula are single-patient use. Do not share between patients.
  • Replace the cannula every 2–4 weeks or immediately if soiled or kinked.
  • Use the cylinder key only to open and close the main valve- do not use it to adjust the regulator or flow meter.
  • All items that contact the patient’s airways must be purchased fresh- they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Keep the oxygen cylinder upright and secured in a compatible trolley or stand.
  • Confirm that the regulator matches the cylinder valve before connection.
  • Never force, modify or adapt mismatched fittings.
  • Ensure the regulator is closed before opening the cylinder valve, then open the cylinder slowly and check for leakage.
  • Fill the humidifier only to its marked level and set the flow meter only to the clinician-prescribed rate.

All sealed items are dispatched in original manufacturer packaging. The flow meter is the only item that undergoes pre-dispatch testing.

Every unit goes through our pre-delivery QC protocol before dispatch. The sanitisation sticker photo is sent to you via WhatsApp before our team leaves.

  • Our team arrives in Sanjeevia identification. Valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, or passport) collected from customer. Equipment installed and fully tested. Complete demo given to patient and caregiver.
  • Security cheque collected at delivery (if cheque deposit selected)- before installation begins.
  • You confirm satisfactory delivery via WhatsApp. Rental period starts from this confirmation.
