Delivery Timeline
Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4:00 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.
• Inform us at least 24 hours before your rental end date.
• Our team picks up from your home at a mutually agreed time.
• Equipment inspected on-site. Normal wear and tear expected- only wilful damage or missing parts are flagged.
• Deposit refunded within 48 hours of successful pickup. Photos taken at delivery and pickup for mutual records.

It motorises three critical functions: backrest tilt, knee-break elevation, and bed height adjustment — all controlled from a single hand remote. Height adjustment is the key differentiator — it allows caregivers to raise or lower the entire bed for wheelchair transfers, wound care, and ergonomic caregiving without straining their back.
