When Do You Need This?

Post-ICU discharge requires ongoing vital sign monitoring; home ICU setup for critical patients; overnight monitoring for cardiac or respiratory patients; physician has recommended continuous or intermittent vital sign tracking at home.

  • Clean SpO₂ probe with alcohol wipe before reuse.
  • Set alarm limits as per physician guidance before leaving the patient unattended.
  • Battery backup tested and charged- confirm charge status weekly.

Delivery Timeline

  • Order placed online or via WhatsApp- Order ID generated and confirmation sent via WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
  • Equipment assigned from nearest team within 30–60 minutes.
  • Full quality check and deep sanitisation performed. Sanitisation sticker photo sent to you via WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • Pre-delivery call made 1–2 hours before arrival to confirm address, floor, lift access, and room readiness.
  • Our team arrives in Sanjeevia identification. Valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, or passport) collected from customer. Equipment installed and fully tested. Complete demo given to patient and caregiver.
  • Security cheque collected at delivery (if cheque deposit selected) — before installation begins.
  • You confirm satisfactory delivery via WhatsApp. Rental period starts from this confirmation.
