Portable Oxygen Concentrator
Select by oxygen-delivery requirement
Do not select a portable concentrator by brand, weight or battery duration alone.
The selected device must provide the oxygen-delivery mode stated in the prescription:
• Pulse dose for a pulse-dose prescription
• Continuous flow for a continuous-flow prescription
Pulse settings are not litres-per-minute values and cannot be substituted for prescribed continuous flow.
Do not complete the order until the selected device has been assessed for every situation in which oxygen is required, including rest, walking and sleep.
Air travel
Portable oxygen concentrators are accepted for aircraft use by exact manufacturer and model—not by product category or brand alone.
Before travel, verify that the selected device carries the required acceptance statement, obtain approval from the operating airline, complete its medical documentation and carry the number of charged batteries required by that airline.
Purchasing or renting a portable concentrator does not automatically guarantee permission to carry or operate it aboard an aircraft.

This equipment is for home patient care only. It must remain at the delivery address registered at the time of order. Relocation requires prior approval from Sanjeevia. Do not attempt to repair or modify any part, contact us for all servicing.

Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4:00 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.
All sales are final once delivered and confirmed. No refund after delivery.

Early return: Full duration charged. Refund for each complete remaining month if more than one month remains.
Condition inspected at pickup against delivery photos. No damage = full deposit refunded within 48 hours.
Upgrade available during rental contact us for a same-day swap.
For Purchase:
All sales are final. No returns are accepted after delivery confirmation.

Exchanges are subject to our assessment of the reported issue. We will arrange a replacement at no charge for confirmed wrong deliveries or damage present at arrival.

A portable oxygen concentrator allows a prescribed oxygen user to remain mobile without carrying a compressed-oxygen cylinder.

The selected device’s oxygen-delivery mode must match the prescription. A pulse-dose concentrator must not be used for a continuous-flow prescription, and a pulse setting must not be interpreted as the same number of litres per minute.
Suitability must be established for the selected device during rest, physical activity and sleep whenever oxygen is required in those situations.
