Delivery Timeline
Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4:00 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.
• Inform us at least 24 hours before your rental end date.
• Our team picks up from your home at a mutually agreed time.
• Equipment inspected on-site. Normal wear and tear expected- only wilful damage or missing parts are flagged.
• Deposit refunded within 48 hours of successful pickup. Photos taken at delivery and pickup for mutual records.
A 10-litre Indian-brand oxygen concentrator (Medoxy or Niscomed) delivering up to 10 LPM for patients requiring higher oxygen flow rates. Prescribed when a 5L concentrator is insufficient typically for severe COPD, post-acute respiratory failure, or patients with high oxygen demand. Heavier and less compact than 5L units, but delivers the higher flow rates required by certain clinical protocols.
