Obesity hypoventilation syndrome (OHS); neuromuscular disease (ALS, muscular dystrophy); central hypoventilation; any condition where standard BiPAP-ST is insufficient and targeted ventilation is needed; prescription specifically mentions AVAPs, iVAPS, or ‘volume-assured pressure support’.

• After delivery, standard: Minimum billing of 1 month applies. A refund is provided for each complete remaining month only- partial months are not refunded. Deposit refunded within 48 hours of pickup after QC. See sanjeevia.com/policies for full Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery Timeline
Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4:00 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.
• Inform us at least 24 hours before your rental end date.
• Our team picks up from your home at a mutually agreed time.
• Equipment inspected on-site. Normal wear and tear expected- only wilful damage or missing parts are flagged.
• Deposit refunded within 48 hours of successful pickup. Photos taken at delivery and pickup for mutual records.
Advanced volume-assured pressure support (VAPS) BiPAP, specifically AVAPs (ResMed) or iVAPS (Philips DreamStation) modes. These modes target a specific tidal volume rather than just pressure, ensuring consistent ventilation even as the patient’s needs change. Prescribed for conditions where maintaining adequate minute ventilation is critical.

Early return: Full duration charged. Refund for each complete remaining month if more than one month remains.
Condition inspected at pickup against delivery photos. No damage = full deposit refunded within 48 hours.
