Early return: Full duration charged. Refund for each complete remaining month if more than one month remains.

For Purchase:
All sales are final. No returns are accepted after delivery confirmation.

Exchanges are subject to our assessment of the reported issue. We will arrange a replacement at no charge for confirmed wrong deliveries or damage present at arrival.

The 2-Function Electric Bed provides motorised backrest and knee-section adjustment, both operated using a hand remote. This eliminates manual cranking and allows patients and caregivers to adjust the bed easily for comfort and clinician-directed positioning. It does not include motorised height adjustment; if adjustable height is required for wheelchair transfers, wound dressing or caregiver access, consider the 3-Function Electric Bed. Bed positioning does not replace any DVT prevention or treatment prescribed by the treating clinician.
