When Do You Need This?

Home ventilator patients with tracheostomy; high secretion volume (ALS, stroke, severe COPD); clinical recommendation for double-jar suction; any prescription specifying double-jar or heavy-duty suction.

This equipment is for home patient care only. It must remain at the delivery address registered at the time of order. Relocation requires prior approval from Sanjeevia. Do not attempt to repair or modify any part, contact us for all servicing.

  • Clean both jars after every session.
  • Monitor primary jar fill level, empty before 2/3 full.
  • Secondary jar: if any secretions reach the secondary jar, clean immediately and inspect the motor filter.

Every unit goes through our pre-delivery QC protocol before dispatch. The sanitisation sticker photo is sent to you via WhatsApp before our team leaves.

Shipping

  • Same-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.
  • Delivery, installation, and full demo included at no extra charge.
  • Transport is a one-time charge covering both delivery and pickup.
  • Transport charges are shown on the product page and at checkout.

 

Delivery Timeline

  • Order placed online or via WhatsApp- Order ID generated and confirmation sent via WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
  • Equipment assigned from the nearest team within 30–60 minutes.
  • Full quality check and deep sanitisation performed. Sanitisation sticker photo sent to you via WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • Pre-delivery call made 1–2 hours before arrival to confirm address, floor, lift access, and room readiness.
  • Our team arrives in Sanjeevia for identification. Valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, or passport) collected from the customer. Equipment installed and fully tested. Complete demo given to patient and caregiver.
  • Security cheque collected at delivery (if cheque deposit selected)- before installation begins.
  • You confirm satisfactory delivery via WhatsApp. Rental period starts from this confirmation.

Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4:00 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.

• Inform us at least 24 hours before your rental end date.
• Our team picks up from your home at a mutually agreed time.
• Equipment inspected on-site. Normal wear and tear expected- only wilful damage or missing parts are flagged.
• Deposit refunded within 48 hours of successful pickup. Photos taken at delivery and pickup for mutual records.
