Follow only the connection labels and diagram supplied with the exact machine. Do not reverse the patient and pump ports. Do not bypass either overflow shut-off or the bacterial filter.

For Rental:
Initiate return via sanjeevia.com or WhatsApp. Pickup within 4 hours.
Early return: Full duration charged. Refund for each complete remaining month if more than one month remains.
Condition inspected at pickup against delivery photos. Where no deduction is due after pickup and inspection, online security deposits are refunded within 3–5 business days, and security cheques are returned within 48 hours.
Upgrade available during rental contact us for a same-day swap.

All sales are final. No returns are accepted after delivery confirmation.

Exchanges are subject to our assessment of the reported issue. We will arrange a replacement at no charge for confirmed wrong deliveries or damage present at arrival.
