Tested and prepared before every rental
Every assigned concentrator is released only after:
• Manufacturer, model and asset-ID verification
• Oxygen-concentration test at 5 LPM
• Flow-output check
• Power-failure and applicable alarm checks
• Power cable and electrical inspection
• Hour-meter recording, where available
• Filter inspection, cleaning or replacement
• Cleaning and disinfection of reusable external surfaces
• Inspection of the oxygen outlet and humidifier
• Confirmation of new, sealed patient-contact accessories when included
The assigned unit’s test result and preparation record are completed before dispatch.

When Do You Need This?
Doctors have prescribed 1–5 LPM supplemental oxygen; COPD, pneumonia, or post-COVID oxygen support; post-ICU discharge requiring home oxygen; patients unable to maintain SpO₂ above 90% without supplemental oxygen.

This equipment is for home patient care only. It must remain at the delivery address registered at the time of order. Relocation requires prior approval from Sanjeevia. Do not attempt to repair or modify any part, contact us for all servicing.
Every unit goes through our pre-delivery QC protocol before dispatch. The sanitisation sticker photo is sent to you via WhatsApp before our team leaves.
Before dispatch: Full refund instantly.
After dispatch, before delivery: Full refund minus logistics charges already incurred.
After delivery: No cancellation refund. Early return available, see Section 5d.
Humanitarian exception: Patient death within 2 days of rental start (excluding delivery day)- full refund, free pickup, zero fees.

Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4:00 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.
All sales are final once delivered and confirmed. No refund after delivery.
Wrong product or physical damage on arrival: exchange only, within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Contact +91 9217910612 or support@sanjeevia.com.
Manufacturer warranty applies- terms vary by brand.

Initiate return via sanjeevia.com or WhatsApp. Pickup within 4 hours.
Early return: Full duration charged. Refund for each complete remaining month if more than one month remains.
Condition inspected at pickup against delivery photos. No damage = full deposit refunded within 48 hours.
Upgrade available during rental contact us for a same-day swap.
For Purchase:
All sales are final. No returns are accepted after delivery confirmation.
For exchange requests (wrong product or damage on arrival only), raise within 48 hours of delivery via call or WhatsApp at +91 9217910612 or by emailing support@sanjeevia.com.
Exchanges are subject to our assessment of the reported issue. We will arrange a replacement at no charge for confirmed wrong deliveries or damage present at arrival.

A basic stationary oxygen concentrator for patients prescribed continuous-flow oxygen of up to 5 LPM at home.
Sanjeevia supplies a suitable 5L model from Niscomed, Evox or Medoxy according to availability. All units are tested for oxygen concentration, flow, alarms and electrical operation before dispatch.
The exact device is confirmed before delivery, but the rental is positioned around meeting the prescribed oxygen-flow requirement—not around a particular brand.
Use supplemental oxygen only as prescribed. Confirm the required flow rate, duration, target oxygen-saturation range and backup plan with the treating clinician.
