Prescribed for: ventilator-dependent patients at home; severe neurological conditions (ALS, quadriplegia, muscular dystrophy); patients requiring full-time attendant care; high-dependency elder care; cases where the attending physician specifically requests Paramount-specification bedding.

This equipment is for home patient care only. It must remain at the delivery address registered at the time of order. Relocation requires prior approval from Sanjeevia. Do not attempt to repair or modify any part contact us for all servicing.
Every unit goes through our pre-delivery QC protocol before dispatch. The sanitisation sticker photo is sent to you via WhatsApp before our team leaves.

• After delivery, within 2 days (humanitarian exception): Full refund, free pickup. Applies in case of patient demise or critical medical change. Contact us at +91 8287010612. See sanjeevia.com/policies.
• After delivery, standard: Minimum billing of 1 month applies. A refund is provided for each complete remaining month only- partial months are not refunded. Deposit refunded within 48 hours of pickup after QC. See sanjeevia.com/policies for full Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery Timeline
Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4:00 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.
• Inform us at least 24 hours before your rental end date.
• Our team picks up from your home at a mutually agreed time.
• Equipment inspected on-site. Normal wear and tear expected- only wilful damage or missing parts are flagged.
• Deposit refunded within 48 hours of successful pickup. Photos taken at delivery and pickup for mutual records.
The Paramount A5 is a premium, Japanese-design-philosophy hospital bed representing the highest standard available for home care. It includes all 5 motorised functions plus advanced features not found in standard electric beds: nurse control panel at the foot end, integrated under-bed lighting for nighttime navigation, central castor locking (lock all 4 wheels from one pedal), premium low-noise motors, and a superior ABS panel finish. After dispatch, before delivery: Full refund minus logistics charges already incurred.
After delivery: No cancellation refund. Early return available — see Section 5d.
Humanitarian exception: Patient death within 2 days of rental start (excluding delivery day) — full refund, free pickup, zero fees.
Transport charge: ₹3,000 (one-time, delivery and pickup).
Pre-delivery call to confirm room access, floor, lift availability, and power socket location. This bed is heavy — our team handles all assembly.
Same-day delivery for orders before 2 PM.
Initiate return via sanjeevia.com or WhatsApp. Pickup within 4 hours.
Early return: Full duration charged. Refund for each complete remaining month if more than one month remains.
Condition inspected at pickup against delivery photos. No damage = full deposit refunded within 48 hours.
Upgrade available during rental — contact us for a same-day swap.
