This hybrid hospital bed combines powered backrest adjustment with manual bed-height adjustment. The backrest is operated using the wired hand remote, while the bed height is adjusted using the designated manual crank. The knee section is fixed and does not provide knee-break adjustment.

Good bed. Only a few bucks more than the pure electric 1-function and you get height adjustment too.
