Delivery Timeline
Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4:00 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.
• Inform us at least 24 hours before your rental end date.
• Our team picks up from your home at a mutually agreed time.
• Equipment inspected on-site. Normal wear and tear expected- only wilful damage or missing parts are flagged.
• Deposit refunded within 48 hours of successful pickup. Photos taken at delivery and pickup for mutual records.
The Hybrid Electric Bed combines motorised backrest adjustment with a manual crank for height or knee-break — giving you the convenience of electric control for the most frequently adjusted function while keeping the price below a full 2-function electric bed. Ideal when the primary caregiver needs the electric backrest but also wants occasional height adjustment without paying for a fully motorised system.
