Delivery Timeline

  • Order placed online or via WhatsApp- Order ID generated and confirmation sent via WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
  • Equipment assigned from the nearest team within 30–60 minutes.
  • Full quality check and deep sanitisation performed. Sanitisation sticker photo sent to you via WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • Pre-delivery call made 1–2 hours before arrival to confirm address, floor, lift access, and room readiness.
  • Our team arrives in Sanjeevia for identification. Valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, or passport) collected from the customer. Equipment installed and fully tested. Complete demo given to patient and caregiver.
  • Security cheque collected at delivery (if cheque deposit selected)- before installation begins.
  • You confirm satisfactory delivery via WhatsApp. Rental period starts from this confirmation.

Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4:00 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.

 

Hi Test for Sanjeevia

  • Inform us at least 24 hours before your rental end date.
  • Our team picks up from your home at a mutually agreed time.
  • Equipment inspected on-site. Normal wear and tear expected — only wilful damage or missing parts are flagged.
  • Deposit refunded within 48 hours of successful pickup. Photos taken at delivery and pickup for mutual records.

1 Function Electric Bed

The 1-Function Electric Bed motorises the backrest adjustment one button press smoothly raises or lowers the backrest from 0° to 70°, eliminating manual cranking. This is the entry point into electric beds and is recommended when the caregiver is elderly themselves, physically unable to operate a crank, or when the patient needs to self-adjust their position without assistance. The mattress is included, and the bed retains all standard features side rails, castors, IV pole.
