Delivery Timeline
Estimated Delivery: Same day for orders before 4:00 PM. Emergency delivery within 4 hours for critical equipment.
• Inform us at least 24 hours before your rental end date.
• Our team picks up from your home at a mutually agreed time.
• Equipment inspected on-site. Normal wear and tear expected- only wilful damage or missing parts are flagged.
• Deposit refunded within 48 hours of successful pickup. Photos taken at delivery and pickup for mutual records.
The 2-Function Electric Bed motorises both backrest tilt and knee-break adjustment — both controlled from a hand remote. This eliminates all manual cranking and gives caregivers and patients precise, effortless control over the two most important positioning functions for home care. The bed does not include motorised height adjustment — if height control is needed (wheelchair transfers, wound dressing), consider the 3-Function model.

Pre-delivery call to confirm room access, floor, lift availability, and power socket location. This bed is heavy — our team handles all assembly.
