How Renting Works: 3 Steps
Renting medical equipment from Sanjeevia follows a clear, simple process. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you decide you need equipment to the moment it is set up in your home.

Each product page features a comprehensive description, detailed specifications, and rental pricing information. If you are unsure which product is right for your patient, call or WhatsApp our team, and we will guide you based on the doctor’s prescription or discharge summary. You do not need to know the exact model. Knowing the condition (for example, “hospital bed for post-stroke recovery” or “oxygen concentrator for COPD, 2 LPM”) is enough for our team to recommend the right equipment. |
| STEP 2Â Confirm, Pay, and Secure Your Order Once you select the equipment, complete your order on the website or via WhatsApp. Payment is made online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). The amount paid at checkout has two components: Monthly rental charge for the duration you select (1 month, 3 months, 6 months with duration discounts applied automatically)Refundable security deposit, which is returned to you in full within 48 hours after the equipment is picked up in good condition at the end of your rental The security deposit is not a fee. It is your money held during the rental and returned without dispute. We photograph the equipment at delivery and at pickup so there is a clear record on both sides. For high-value equipment above Rs.1.5 lakh replacement value, we may also request an undated security cheque as additional protection, which is destroyed after the equipment is returned safely. |
| STEP 3Â Delivery, Setup, and Demo at Your Home Our team delivers to your home, carries the equipment to the patient’s room, assembles it fully, and demonstrates its operation to you and your caregiver before leaving. For orders placed before 4 PM, we target same-day delivery across Delhi NCR. What Happens During Your Rental Period
Once the equipment is set up, Sanjeevia stays in the picture. Here is what to expect during the rental:

Q: Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes, completely. The security deposit is returned within 48 hours of the equipment being picked up in good condition. It is not a rental fee. Sanjeevia photographs the equipment at delivery and pickup so there is a clear record on both sides. If the equipment is returned in the same condition it was delivered, you receive the full deposit back without dispute.
Q: What if the equipment breaks down at 2 AM?
Call or WhatsApp us. Our response SLA for critical equipment (oxygen concentrators, BiPAP, ventilators) is 1-hour acknowledgement and 4-hour resolution. If the equipment cannot be fixed on-site, a replacement unit is dispatched. You are never left without functional equipment for an extended period.
Q: Can I extend the rental if the patient needs equipment longer than planned?
Yes. WhatsApp us anytime during the rental period. We extend for any duration you need and the additional amount is paid online. You do not need to return the equipment and re-order.
Q: What ID proof is needed at delivery?
A government-issued photo ID is required for all rental orders. Aadhaar card, PAN card, or Passport are all accepted. This is a standard requirement across home medical equipment providers and is for rental record purposes.
Q: Can I return equipment early if the patient recovers faster than expected?
Yes. Give us 24 hours notice and we schedule a pickup. The security deposit is returned within 48 hours of pickup. For rentals where the patient recovers fully within the first 2 days (excluding the delivery day), we also apply our humanitarian refund: free pickup and a half-month refund.
