When Do You Need This Bed?
Extended power-cut backup for concentrator-dependent patients; primary oxygen for short-duration prescriptions (post-procedure, short recovery); homes in areas with frequent or prolonged power outages.

This equipment is for home patient care only. It must remain at the delivery address registered at the time of order. Relocation requires prior approval from Sanjeevia. Do not attempt to repair or modify any part — contact us for all servicing.

Before dispatch: Full refund instantly.
After dispatch, before delivery: Full refund minus logistics charges already incurred.
After delivery: No cancellation refund. Early return available — see Section 5d.
Humanitarian exception: Patient death within 2 days of rental start (excluding delivery day) — full refund, free pickup, zero fees.
Transport charge: ₹1,000 (one-time, delivery and pickup). Despite the large size, our team handles all positioning — you do not need to provide assistance.
Cylinder delivered at minimum 80% pressure. Regulator attached and tested. Safety instructions: always upright, no heat sources, never use without regulator.
ID proof collected at delivery. Same-day delivery for orders before 2 PM.
Initiate return via sanjeevia.com or WhatsApp. Pickup within 4 hours.
Early return: Full duration charged. Refund for each complete remaining month if more than one month remains.
Condition inspected at pickup against delivery photos. No damage = full deposit refunded within 48 hours.

47-litre (D-type) large oxygen cylinder for extended backup supply or primary oxygen delivery where a concentrator is not suitable. Provides significantly more oxygen duration than a 10L cylinder — approximately 24–30 hours at 2 LPM. Used in homes with frequent power outages where a concentrator alone is insufficient, or as primary oxygen delivery for short-duration prescriptions.
