Buy Oxygen Concentrator 10L

When may this concentrator be suitable?

This category is intended for patients prescribed stationary continuous-flow oxygen between 1 and 10 LPM.

It may be considered when the prescribed flow is above the capacity of a standard 5 LPM concentrator, provided the treating clinician confirms that the oxygen concentration delivered at the required flow is adequate.

Suitability must be based on the prescribed flow, minimum acceptable oxygen concentration, target oxygen-saturation range, patient interface, duration of use and monitoring plan—not on diagnosis alone.

Confirm the required oxygen concentration

This concentrator provides at least 90% oxygen concentration from 1–5 LPM and at least 82% from 6–10 LPM.

A prescription for 10 LPM does not automatically mean that an oxygen concentration of 82% is clinically adequate. Before ordering, ask the treating clinician to confirm both:

• Required flow rate in LPM
• Minimum acceptable oxygen concentration at that flow

Sanjeevia tests the unit at the prescribed flow before delivery. The device is supplied only when the measured result meets the confirmed requirement.

This is not a complete HFNC system. It supplies oxygen at up to 10 LPM but does not provide the precisely controlled high total gas flow, heated humidification, heated breathing circuit or specialised nasal interface used for high-flow nasal cannula therapy.

*Product images are for representational purposes only; actual equipment supplied may vary.*

Use the oxygen flow rate prescribed by the treating clinician. Compare our home oxygen-support range, including the Oxygen Concentrator – 10L Deck Mount and Oxygen Concentrator – Philips EverFlo 5L, when planning the primary device or a backup arrangement.

Before choosing equipment, read our home oxygen flow-rate guide.

Oxygen Concentrator 10L – Niscomed, Medoxy

This stationary oxygen concentrator provides adjustable continuous oxygen flow from 1 to 10 litres per minute.

Sanjeevia supplies a Niscomed or Medoxy unit from this defined rental category according to availability. Every unit offered through this page must provide at least 90% oxygen concentration from 1–5 LPM and at least 82% from 6–10 LPM.

Because oxygen concentration decreases at higher flow settings, Sanjeevia tests the assigned unit at the patient’s prescribed flow before delivery. Use this equipment only when its verified concentration at that flow meets the requirement confirmed by the treating clinician.

This is an oxygen concentrator—not a complete high-flow nasal cannula system.
