This device is supplied only with a confirmed specialist prescription. A pre-delivery consultation between our respiratory therapist and the prescribing physician is required for all Trilogy rentals.
A UPS with a minimum 8-hour backup, emergency backup oxygen, and a suction machine must all be on-site before the Trilogy is delivered. This is a clinical safety requirement.
ID proof collected at delivery. A caregiver or nurse trained in ventilator care must be present at delivery and for the full clinical handover.

Early return: Full duration charged. Refund for each complete remaining month if more than one month remains.

The Philips Trilogy is a life-support-grade portable ventilator for patients requiring continuous mechanical ventilation at home — including ALS patients, spinal cord injury patients, and patients unable to breathe independently for extended periods. Unlike non-invasive ventilators, the Trilogy supports both non-invasive (mask) and invasive (tracheostomy) interfaces, and has a built-in battery for continued operation during power interruptions. Supplied only with a confirmed specialist prescription and setup by a trained respiratory therapist.
