  • Maintain the clearance specified by the manufacturer; do not cover the air inlet or outlet.
  • Connect the humidifier bottle only when prescribed or required, and do not overfill it.
  • Use distilled water and clean the bottle according to the supplied instructions.
  • Set only the clinician-prescribed flow rate.
  • Keep the unit away from smoking, flames, sparks, oil and grease.
  • Do not use an extension cable or untested inverter.
  • If the power fails, use the prescribed backup arrangement.
  • If the O₂ Low or service indicator remains active, stop relying on the concentrator, use backup oxygen and contact Sanjeevia.

Before using supplemental oxygen

Use only at the flow rate and duration prescribed by the treating clinician.

This concentrator requires mains electricity and has no built-in battery. Arrange a suitable backup oxygen and power-failure plan before use.

Keep the unit upright in a ventilated area, away from flames, smoking, heat and flammable products. Do not use oil, grease or petroleum-based products on oxygen equipment.

If the O₂ Low or service indicator remains active, follow the supplied instructions, use the prescribed backup oxygen arrangement and contact Sanjeevia. Do not continue relying on a unit that is not producing the expected oxygen concentration.

Every unit goes through our pre-delivery QC protocol before dispatch. The sanitisation sticker photo is sent to you via WhatsApp before our team leaves.
