These terms govern all rental and purchase orders placed by hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, NGOs, rehabilitation centres, and other institutional buyers (collectively, “Institutional Clients”). For individual or family orders, the standard policies on sanjeevia.com apply.
B2B inquiries are accepted through sanjeevia.com/contact. Our team responds within 1 business day. All institutional orders are confirmed in writing via email or WhatsApp before fulfilment begins.
Institutional pricing is discussed and confirmed in writing for each order. Bulk or long-term arrangements may qualify for negotiated rates. All prices are exclusive of GST. A GST invoice is issued with every order.
All institutional orders are payable in full in advance unless a formal credit arrangement has been confirmed in writing by Sanjeevia. We accept NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, and cheque. No order is fulfilled until payment is received and confirmed.
A security deposit is required for all institutional rental orders. The deposit amount is agreed at order confirmation. Payment by NEFT/RTGS or demand draft in favour of “Sanjeevia Medical LLP”. Fully refundable at rental end, subject to equipment condition.
Delivery timelines and service SLAs for institutional orders match our standard commitments: target same-day or next-day delivery; 1-hour acknowledgement and 4-hour resolution for equipment breakdowns during business hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM).
For bulk or multi-unit orders, delivery timelines are confirmed at order placement based on volume and available stock.
All commercial terms, pricing, and operational arrangements between Sanjeevia and the Institutional Client are strictly confidential. Neither party shall disclose the other’s pricing, margins, or business arrangements to any third party without prior written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
