How Renewal Works

You can renew your rental at any time before your rental end date. We will check in with you 7 days before the end date via WhatsApp to confirm whether you wish to continue. You can also initiate a renewal at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp with your Order ID or through sanjeevia.com.

Renewing on the End Date

If you decide to renew on the day your rental ends, contact us before the end of day. We will process the renewal and cancel the scheduled pickup. If we do not hear from you, we will treat the rental as closed and proceed with pickup.

Pricing at Renewal

Same duration as original rental: your rate is locked. No price increase.

Different duration: the rate applicable to the newly selected duration at the time of renewal will apply going forward. Duration discounts apply to the new tenure only- they do not apply retroactively to months already completed.

Example: You rented for 1 month at the 1-month rate. At renewal you choose 3 months. The 3-month discounted rate applies from the renewal date onwards- not to the original month already completed.

 

Renewal Payment

Renewal payment is made online via UPI, card, or net banking through sanjeevia.com or the WhatsApp payment link. Online payment is preferred as it ensures uninterrupted service without requiring a visit.

Security Deposit at Renewal

Your existing security deposit whether online or cheque- carries forward automatically to the renewal period. No new deposit is required unless the deposit amount changes due to a product or duration change.

If You Do Not Renew

If we do not receive a renewal or return request by your rental end date, we will contact you to confirm pickup. We will schedule pickup at the earliest mutually convenient time. As long as you remain in communication and cooperate with the return process, no additional charges apply.
