• Delivery address and pin code — for delivery routing and serviceability check.
• Government-issued ID proof — collected at delivery for all rental orders (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, or passport). Stored securely and used only for rental verification.
• Payment details — processed securely by our payment gateway. Sanjeevia does not store card numbers or UPI IDs.
• Patient information (optional) — patient name, medical condition, attending doctor. Used for service support context only.
• WhatsApp interactions — used to process your order, not for marketing without your consent.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your data to any third party.
• We do not use your data for advertising or marketing without explicit consent.
• We do not share your personal or medical information with any external party except as required by law.

Data Storage

Data is stored securely. Order records including delivery photos are retained for 24 months for dispute resolution, then deleted.
