After dispatch, before delivery

Full refund minus logistics costs already incurred.

After delivery

No cancellation refund. See Return & Refund Policy for early return terms.

Cancelled by Sanjeevia

Full refund including all charges and transport fees. Apology sent by the founding team.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation is not available. If the item arrives damaged or defective, refer to the Purchase & Sale Terms for the replacement process.

Humanitarian Exception

In the event of a patient’s passing or sudden hospitalisation, contact us via WhatsApp or call +91 8287010612. These cases are handled personally by the founding team outside standard cancellation terms.

How to Cancel

Before dispatch: Cancel via sanjeevia.com or WhatsApp with your Order ID. Refund processed within 2 hours.

After dispatch: Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone. We will attempt to intercept the delivery where operationally possible.
