What Is Covered
When you rent equipment from Sanjeevia Medical, you receive fully functional, sanitised, hospital-grade medical equipment delivered and installed at your home. Your rental includes delivery, installation, a full product demonstration, and our complete support throughout the rental period. At the end of the period, we collect the equipment.
Rental Duration & Pricing
Rental is available in 1-month, 2-month, 3-month, and 6-month durations. The applicable price and any duration discounts are displayed on each product page before checkout. All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. A GST invoice is issued with every order.
Transport Charges
A one-time transport charge covers both delivery to your home and pickup at the end of the rental. This charge is non-refundable. The applicable charge for your product is shown on the product page before checkout.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required for all rental orders. This deposit is fully refundable and returned within 48 hours of equipment pickup, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear. Equipment condition is documented with photographs at both delivery and pickup, so you are never held responsible for pre-existing damage.

Equipment Ownership
All equipment remains the property of Sanjeevia Medical LLP throughout the rental period. Equipment must not be moved to a different address without prior written approval from Sanjeevia.

Sanjeevia is not liable for any medical outcomes arising from the use or misuse of rented equipment.
